Mixing Procedures

TYPE SD GROUT
1. Meter water into mixer.
2. Add dry grout.
3. Mix at full speed for three minutes.
4. Discharge from mixer.
TYPE VX GROUT
1. Meter water into mixer.
2. Add dry grout.
3. Mix at full speed for three minutes.
4. Discharge from mixer.
NOTE: This grout is thixotropic and should be KEPT IN MOTION until injected.
CAUTION: Although this grout is non-hazardous and environmentally friendly, it contains Portland cement. Exposure to wet grout can cause irritation of eyes and skin. Skin contact should be washed with water. If wet grout or dry grout dust comes in contact with the eyes, they should be flushed with copious amounts of water for at least 5 minutes.
